The photo above depicts the group of six students, their professor, and one of the world's oldest and kindest Shinto priests (Left-Right: Kendra, Collin, Roemer, Andrew, Mayumi Sensei, Mindy, Tayln, and Jade). The students and their professor traveled to Japan in July 2010 as part of a two-part class that focused on Japanese religions. As part of the first group to take this immersive learning course at Ball State University, these students initiated the goal of providing interactive, visual tools to teach and educate others about Japan and Japanese religions.
